The Compose Pile Podcast - A very helpful and (IMO) humorous podcast created by Sean Hannifin that analyzes music and helps to inspire.
Garritan Sound Libraries - Amazing sound libraries. That's all I have to say about that.
Sibelius - Great music notation software!
Finale Notepad - Free music notation software. Quite limited, but good to start with.

Individual Composers
Sean Hannifin - Beautiful, emotion evoking music. I steal a lot of techniques from him. His stuff practically dominates my iPod and one of the themes of his "Hour by Hour" composition is my ringtone, also.
